At IJ by Sajni, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at info@ijbysajni.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange, along with clear photos of the item.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit in PKR.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
