1. Return Eligibility We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Customized or made-to-order pieces
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

3. Exchange Policy We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@ijbysajni.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
