Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Pakistan
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — PKR 200–350 (varies by location)
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — PKR 400–600 (available in major cities)
- Free standard shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
Shipping to Major Cities
We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan. Stay tuned for updates!
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.
Delays & Issues
- Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons, sales events, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. IJ by Sajni is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
